Intro to the Scrum Master

In this online course, you’ll learn the traits that make an effective Scrum Master, the baseline responsibilities of the role and the principles of team normalizing. You’ll also learn some tips on how to best utilize Jira in your Scrum Master role. By applying these skills as a Scrum Master you can help your cross-functional team deliver iteratively and continuously improve.

Retrospective Workshop

In this interactive class, participants will workshop ways to overcome the challenges of Agile Retrospectives. You will learn how to create the right environment, elevate facilitation skills and enhance retro effectiveness. You will leave the workshop with a toolbox of exercises and skills that you can immediately apply to your team’s next retrospective.
